Question about Turkish student visa

Hi There,
My husband and I just moved to Istanbul (from Australia) on the touristic residency visa and want to enrol in a Turkish language course. Will we have to leave the country to do that? If so, do we need to return to Australia or can we apply in another country? Will we both need to enrol in the course to stay, or is it ok if one of us just enrols?

Hello,
I am a Turkmenistan citizen, I am studying in UK on a student visa. I planning to go on holiday to turkey this summer and I am not sure if I will need a visa. I went to Turkey with my Turkmen passport before and I didn't need visa however I am not sure if the requirements are still the same? Would I need to get visa if I am going on holiday?
